Sprint did great, as usual. Though I still won't mess with or trust their 'insurance' techs in most of the stores, because of the couple bad experiences and caught lies... and accumulated costs, I do still like Sprint, and will stick with them for service of our 7 phones.

The carrier is good to great, when they work for you... it's awesome, and there aren't any hidden fees for their service. However, nothing has shown that the 'insurance' company they work with has changed, or will improve.

If you are in a metropolitan area, on major highway from coast to coast, Sprint cellular phone service is difficult to beat... in that it's unlimited calling, no long distance, no surprise charges. If you are in rural areas, it sucks. Service is spotty at best, and utterly non-existent in some places. If you are looking for unlimited data... it's really a question of whether or not where you 'are' and go have data access. If they do, it's pretty good to great. If they don't, odds are they won't for many years (if ever).

My suggestion, is find a friend with Sprint already, and make sure the services you need work. If they do, you're good to go. If they don't, they won't likely change (unless there is a massive population boom in your area). Personally, I LOVE the fact my bill is exactly the same from month to month, and your plan doesn't have to change, unless you want it to.

However, like with all cellular providers, it's cheaper to BUY A PHONE (from a friend or online) and activate it (so long as you get a working phone that can be activated)... than their new trick bag 'monthly leasing' plan. They have a 'simply everything' (unlimited voice, long distance, text, and data) for about 40 to 60 a month, depending on the number of phones and geographical area, and it really rocks. However, if you get suckered into the 'latest and greatest' smartphone plan, or insurance scam, you'll be doubling your bill. Buy a LifeProof or OtterBox Defender case... take care of your bought phone and live on the cheap.

Asurion sucks big time. Not only do they charge a monthly fee (about $10+tax), but also have a $100 to 250 deductible and DO NOT COVER ANY WATER DAMAGE. Worse yet, they LIE and if there is ANY 'liquid looking' stuff inside, they will 'claim water damage' and refuse any repair. So, be really really careful about the insurance plan you get, because it's a suckers play. $10 a month x 12 = 120+250 deductable = 370 and all but the latest model phones can be purchased outright on eBay for less! So, if you don't usually break your phone, you're better off self-insuring (set aside some money in a separate savings account for repairs, replacements, or upgrades). Avoid those $20 - 40 a month 'lease' plans, that are a cost ON TOP OF the plan price. (20 a month x 12 = 240, add in that insurance and the deductible cost, and voila you have a new phone and case, with money left over).

Buy smart. Plan, think and calculate. Some insurance plans allow for 'loss' - if you are stubborn and feel you need the insurance anyhow, it's usually better to 'lose' a phone (if you have one of those plans) than to have any repairs denied because of anything they might claim as water damage. (My wife's phone was never dropped, never in water, never even in the rain, always kept in an OtterBox - that looked new a year later - and even though we didn't have insurance, they denied repairing it (under warranty) claiming it was water damaged. However, it wasn't. A power cord smoked out, while plugged in, and it was the 'oily residue' from the plastic cord. But it was a fight. Repair cost $75 (without insurance, and no deductible).

If you are smart, wise, and aware and in an area that Sprint works well for you, then that 'consistent' monthly bill makes life a whole lot easier. I traveled all over the USA as long as I was 'on a major road, or near a city or town, I had great voice & texting service. Small towns 3G data, medium & big towns usually have 4G (except Florida, it's pretty much all 4G). Most of the I-5, I-40, I-10, I-20, and I-95 are great. It's those 'off' areas, like The King Ranch in Utah... and between towns in Idaho, Wyoming and Montana, little to no service except in the towns.

My cell service is through my company. We periodically compare plans by the major companies and network with others on their experiences. Sprint bills are the same every month with unlimited data. Other programs have rated that vary monthly in charges. As a business owner, I want good service at a consistent cost. With the potential merger with T-Mobile I hope these good qualities do not change.

If you are in or around a large city, or on the major thorough-fare (there are the West to East routes: I-10, I-20, I-40, I-70, I-80, I-90 (notice, all evenly divisible by 10). Then the North to South routes: 101, 99, 15, 25, 35, 55. 65, 69, 75. 81. 95, 1 (all odd two digit numbers, with the exception of the 'coastal' routes listed first and last)... you'll likely have good to great coverage. However, if you are more than about 50 miles from those cities or highways, you might well find yourself with some seriously spotty service from Sprint. Especially their digital network.

Advantage, if you're in an area with service, it's generally good, quality, consistent service. However, if there aren't a lot of people around, they might suck. Sprint absolutely plays the numbers. They don't generally try to be something to everyone, but rather everything to some. Their unlimited data isn't 'throttled' (slowed down when it goes past some invisible usage number), IF you're in an area with Sprint data. Their bill is absolutely CONSISTENT (which we love). Whatever your 'unlimited' plan is... that's what it is each and every month unless you turn it off.

They might try to talk you into changing, so you'll need to be careful... but they do honor 'grandfathered' accounts. We have multiple 'Simply Everything' (unlimited calling, unlimited long distance, unlimited texts, unlimited data, unlimited roaming)... for a fraction of what the other providers would charge us. Even the Sprint techs are amazed (because it's a 20 year old grandfather'ed account, with the modern phones).

We BUY our own phones, NEVER 'lease' (which is an additional monthly fee). We don't play with 'insurance' - because: a) there is a $100 deductible (per phone that needs repaired), b) a monthly fee of about $8 to 12 (just to have half baked, mostly useless insurance), c) an account is limited to three 'replacements' per year, and d) Asurion SUCKS (don't know why Sprint uses them) because not all of their technicians are honest. They claim 'water damage,' which voids any factory warranty, and many other warrantied repairs. It's sad, and really depends on WHERE you take it, and the tech you're dealing with. It's likely more common if they think you'll just buy another phone through them 'on the spot' - so they can get their 'commission' bump (which is really stupid on Sprint's part).

Other than the 'insurance' garbage, and many of the 'techs' attempting to 'change' or 'upgrade' your legacy plans... we've been VERY VERY happy with Sprint. If you are in an area that doesn't have good to great service, there are tools you can use to BOOST the signal, like the WILSON ANTENNA (which I absolutely love, with any provider, if you travel much). I have one in my RV... and I know of a few in homes in areas many miles from towers. They really can help if you're living on the edge of a service area.

I have been with Sprint for almost 15 years. I have rarely had issues with them and when I did they addressed it. Some folks don't understand loyalty is key. I know people won't hesitate to complain but won't take out the time to compliment. I've never had issues with calls dropping, bills being incorrect, etc. and when they are they correct them. I'm not a fan of the way upgrades are being done now, but I understand why it had to happen... Thank you Sprint... you will always have my support and business!

Sprint is my carrier. I like them less now than in the years past. They don’t appreciate long term customers that keep the lights on for them. I do like that I have a real unlimited plan grandfathered in from 2003 or so. It works great the majority of the time. I have a work Verizon phone and the Sprint one keeps up fairly well. Mostly I have LTE or 3G when Verizon as LTE. The unlimited price is about 247 for 4? lines unlimited data.

Sprint has easily achieved the the number one spot in my book for lack of organization/process, inaccurate billing/follow through, unethical contractual practices and terrible customer service. This has been a lofty task to achieve this ranking for all (4) but they are far ahead of any other business in these failings. I work with businesses for a living so I have many to compare.

Their ineptitude is to a level that it seems as if they are trying to be terrible, perhaps there is something to this. Is their ineptitude resulting in greater profits? I will continue to try to navigate through their customer service cogs even though I have wasted far more time than I will ever get a return on, for principle alone. However, do not put yourself through the same pain so many others are feeling. Avoid. Dan Hesse (CEO) needs to dig a little deeper into his operation and understanding how poor they are at a street level or they need to go the way of the other companies who have gone under due to their total lack of customer care.

Sprint is a horrible phone company! My mother was with them for a year, I made her switch to T-Mobile and she made sure she didnt owe them any money before leaving. After switching a receiving better service, Sprint sent my mother’s account to collections and the charge was over a thousand dollars. Years later it’s still there after constantly contacting them and sprint saying it was an error. Other phone companies offer better than Sprint. No matter how long you have been with Sprint they will still overcharge you and smile while saying they value your loyalty to them. You can speak to corporate and it wouldn’t help at all. Leave Sprint and go to a better company if you work hard for your money and value how you spend it. Sprint needs to be investigated and shut down, how are they still standing.

We have had nothing but problems since upgrading with Sprint. Several hours, several phone calls, several wasted hours... so much wastes time. The S10 plus sucks. I guess it is a 'known' problem, but between sprint and their insurance we still do not have it fixed. They have made so many mistakes, I would do anything to cancel. I hate sprint and all of the time I have wasted with them. Everyone I know will know it.

We were with T-Mobile for over 4 years and due to billing issues, we moved to Sprint. Sprint offered this great deals and brought out us to come with them. Our billing was NOT great right from the beginning. I told Sprint that I would rather stand at the end of my driveway with T-Mobile services than to deal with being ripped off by Sprint! Secondly on coverage: Sprint has the weakest network of the Big Four. We have been struggling for the last 8 months with the poor network coverage. The customer care team promised to install Sprint Magic Box last November and still not been done. I’m waiting for the contract to get over for me to move with another service provider. My advice to all is stay away from Sprint! This is my experience and my opinion!

We were with AT&T for over 20 years and lack cell service in areas. Sprint offered this great deals and brought out us to come with them. Our billing was great at first but then they raised it and said they are trying to fix it. Last month they said we were all good and would even see a nice credit on there. “Not”! Just spoke with them and they said “Sorry it is fixed. Next month will be better”. I told her that I would rather stand at the end of my driveway with AT&T service than to deal with being ripped off by Sprint! My advice to all is stay away from Sprint! I ordered a Galaxy S10 from Sprint on the payment plan. I paid a 74 dollar prepay. When I got the phone the service in my area was no good. So 6 days later I got a hold of Sprint to cancel member and return phone. A week after they received the phone back 90 dollars and 11 cents was deducted from my account. I had not set up an online account so I could not access the bill. I was told by Sprint that I had set up auto pay and the amount was deducted because of that. I was then assured that when the next bill was generated I would receive a refund of $164.11. Well I did get a refund but for only $1.52. To date I am still trying to get a refund from Sprint, even though I keep getting assured it is forth coming.

Have been a Sprint Customer since 2008. In the fall of 2018 I contacted Sprint to cancel my service. I paid $600+ to have my service shut off. In April I received a call from a collection agency saying that my account was in collection. That same account I cancelled months ago. I called to find out what was going on and the rep I spoke to said it was a error on their end and that it would be taken care of and disputed.

Weeks later I kept receiving hounding calls from the collection agency about this bill that was supposedly taken care of. I called Sprint and to find out what was going on. The rep I spoke with stated there were no notes from that call. This new rep I spoke to stated that the balance was from a bill due in the beginning of 2019. I told that rep, 'That can't be because I cancelled my service in the fall of 2018.' He did not seem to understand what I was telling him. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold and the line disconnected. I was already frustrated and did not have the time to wait for another rep.

I called a week later and spoke to another rep to resolve this issue. This new rep stayed that the bill was for a suspended account and a balance on a lease. Which is the first I heard about in the two calls I made. I asked the rep to speak with a supervisor about 5 times until he put me on hold for several minutes then the line disconnected again. When Sprint called me back I was not available.

At this point it has been a month and my credit is now being affected by this issue. I called to dispute why after I specifically requested to have my account closed why there was a account open. No one has answers. So in addition to paying $600+ to cancel initially I now have to pay $300+ more to resolve an issue that affect my credit score. I am beyond displeased with this company and would never use Sprint again. After 10 years of service you should be ashamed how your company is being run and how your customer are being treated.

Horrible. I switched from Verizon to Sprint and were promised 127.00 a month with 500 out of pocket. They leased me an iPhone XS and gave me an XR. This payment was supposed to include everything (also insurance). This is why I gave money down and switched. I get my bill $185 the first month then 163 after that. Beware and read carefully. Now I am stuck.

Sprint. I was a Sprint Customer from 2001 - 2014. November of 2014, under the advice of an in store representative at the Bradley Park location in Columbus Georgia, I upgraded 1 of my lines and cancelled my 3rd line. The upgraded phone was from the line that was going to be cancelled. Two months later, Sprint notified me through mail that I couldn’t do that and either would have to pay full price for the upgraded phone or return it to the store. I returned it to the store, but then was told that since it was beyond the 1 month warranty, that it couldn’t be returned. I have disputed the charges with Sprint and 2 of the credit bureaus, but sprint then sold the debt (due to me going to another provider) to a collection agency. I have currently obtained an attorney and will be filing under the Fair Credit Act, due to sprint wrongfully charging me due to the error of the in store representative.

Since my post, someone from Regulatory Services has contacted me to see if we can “resolve this”.... Due to the account being closed and so long ago, they can’t authenticate who I am because I don’t have a PIN number anymore.... They sent me to a corporate location so that they can authenticate me, but other than checking my ID to say who I am, they can’t create a PIN number for a closed account!

They finally got into my account and the representative tells me that if when I started service with Verizon, if I would have returned my phones to sprint, they would have removed all charges. I asked how was I suppose to know that? It took 5 years for someone to tell me that piece of information! The customer relations representative then had the nerve to say, “I don’t know how many cell phone providers you’ve had but that should be common knowledge to return you phones....” Uhhhmmmm? I’ve only had SPRINT!!! Since 2001!!! So they took miscellaneous charges off but are still charging me for the phones.... I am still getting the short end of the stick.

Do yourselves a favor and do not use Sprint Services.... No matter how appealing they make it. I will continue to post my story and shout it from the rooftops of how awful Sprint service is and how inconsistent their customer service & customer relations is. If you have a similar story or circumstance, please inbox me.... My attorney believes it’s possible to get a class action suit going against Sprint and their billing/account practices.

Since August 2018 Sprint has been billing me for the taxes of the state of FL and the state of GA, where it should only be for the state in which I currently reside in. I have called and even communicate online thru the Sprint website chat with several Sprint representatives and nobody has resolved anything yet. Sprint customer service every day is worse. They do not help at all. It's really annoying that the clients have to live calling Sprint to resolve any issues. In addition they always say that they are taking notes and that they will return the call and they never call back. I previously had other problems and it is always the same, never call back and the time they take to resolve an issue is absurd.

Upgraded iPhone from 7+ to XR. Returned my phone as instructed in packaging provided by Sprint. Was told phone received and then found I was being charged $129 for “damages”. I asked for details. Asked for a pic or some documentation proving that the screen was cracked. I know it was not. I am 100% certain the phone worked fully, screen and buttons and whatnot in perfect shape. I have been with Sprint for over 9 years. I refuse to be charged in error. I have tried escalating and still no resolution. They pulled a similar thing before when another line was upgraded. Said it was never received. I produced the tracking number and proved it was received. They had added a fee for no return of equipment but finally removed it.

Are they trying to lose long time customers?? I have no real way to prove the phone they received was never damaged. My word against some unknown person in warehouse. No documentation of damage. If they are charging me more than what the buyout was for the 7+ then they should return the phone to me at the very least. The buyout was only $112. They are assessing this $129 and I don’t know how to fight it.

I inherited a Sprint locked phone, which is why I switched from Tracfone, which had worked great for me for years at $12/mo. But I needed a phone upgrade, and I also wanted a service I could use in MX. However, I do not get service at home now, or in any location that isn't right within a fairly metropolitan area. As soon as I leave city limits, I am no longer able to use GPS, which is problematic. On a recent trip to MX, my phone barely worked. I had to go to a Starbucks in Chiapas in order to communicate online with a Sprint rep who tried to help me, with no luck. I was on a first name basis with the Starbucks employees by the end of my trip.

Meanwhile, my friend with Verizon was Facetiming her friends and family, showing them around San Cristobal de las Casas and Palenque. When I stop to brainstorm at Sprint stores, I get a knowing head tilt and nod. They hear it all the time. Also, my phone is at 97% storage, but there are 50,000 Sprint apps and other pre-installed apps in the phone I can't uninstall. I can't use music apps, I've deleted almost all of my photos, and I have only a few vital apps of my own because there's not enough storage on my Stylo 4, and too many of their apps that I don't use.

I really need to switch back to Tracfone. However, Sprint says I have to pay $180 to switch my number, and I am strapped. So, in sum: I feel I was misled when I switched and that the reps knew I wouldn't get service where I live. I am not being provided the service I'm paying for. And I feel trapped with a terrible phone that does not meet my needs. This is terrible business practice and I wish I had read reviews before I signed up.

They lie about your monthly bill amount and it go up every month! They have hidden fees and lie about their rates to get you to get service from them! Sprint cannot be trusted! Don’t get their phone service! I switched service and they still took money off my card without permission several months later! Do not give Sprint your bank information. They keep it and steal from you!

DO NOT GET SPRINT!!! Worst customer service EVER!!! I had to call 6 times to get my service cancelled! Why should I have to waste 8 1/2 hours of my time after I get off work just to get my service cancelled? Then everyone you talk to has a completely different buyout amount. Literally 5 people told me a different buyout amount. Even our account said purchase amount 0. Then when I actually cancelled the service it went up to $187 for an iPhone 6 that we have been paying on for 3 years!!! It’s funny the 7 purchase option is less than that! If you want get get screwed go with Sprint. Otherwise save yourself your precious time and find a different company.

I spent a few hours on the phone with Sprint, picking a plan and phone. When I got my first bill, none of discounts we discussed were applied. CS advised me I could complete my order online to fix it or wait 6 weeks for the call to be pulled, the results and things to be corrected. Did all that, got the promised price, THEN got a notice before my first bill that the plan is increasing! Ugh! What's the point of a contract?

Tried several times to open a mobile broadband account to replace a Virgin/Boost - Same family of company. First issue was a HARD Credit check that would be two years of damage on report and give Sprint access to the full credit report. Luckily I have freezes in place to prevent undisclosed hard inquiries. As I attempted again and the applications were denied the email address I was using was being locked. Third and final time was a 'Credit Free' application. This went standard until the security questions were even about confirming my social, past addresses, and companies. This is a parasitic company that has learned to make money by outsourcing and ripping off customers. I feel I dodged a future issue not opening an account but they still got every drop of necessary data to hack someone's life.

All customer support is in Philippines and only idiot's work the credit center in US. Especially an impatient and irritating associate named Bree. Luckily went a different route and am very happy away from Sprint. Was pleased to see I am not the only weary traveler who ran into that gang by all the complaints here on CA. Add to the heap another recommendation to avoid this telco.

I have been a customer since 2014 and my service has not been the same in the last year. I have to use whatever Wifi I'm near to access the internet and watch a movie on my phone. I have called them 4 times because I get little to no service in my place of residence. And, they claim they are sending me a black box for a better connection at my home. However, I have yet to receive it and it's been 2 plus months. I also expressed that I barely get service on my phone. For the amount of money I pay for 2 phones this is absurd and I've been with Sprint since 2014. Then, they change my bill but fail to tell me they take away services and I barely have service. I am on a lease device and come September 2nd I'll be leaving Sprint for another company. The business practices that Sprint has are one for profit only and damn the customer service or satisfaction. I will share this everywhere.

I have been with Sprint for 18 plus years and I have 6 phones with them. I'm highly considering other coverages due to the fact their customer service suck. My bill is outrageous and when I have been having difficulties paying my bill and even with a small amount due they are not willing to accommodate like they use to. I was on hold for hours and eventually the phone hung up on me. I hate speaking to people with language barriers. I do not recommend Sprint at all. They are over priced and loyalty does not matter.

Is there any way to start a class action lawsuit against these frauds? I was lied to right from the very beginning. I had AT&T for 15 years and never experienced a single problem. The only reason I switched to Sprint is because I thought I could save a little money - but I regret making that switch every day. In-store sales reps lied about my service plan, and never informed me that my plan would increase in cost after the 1st 12 months, and then every 6 months thereafter. I started at about $177/mo after all taxes and fees (and bills are never the same amount from one month to the next, then after 12 months it went up to a little over $217/mo, and 6 months later increased again to over $278/mo. My account has been on auto-pay since the very beginning in order to save $20 ($5/line) in total billing each month.

In addition, I was not given any notice on how to end my lease and take ownership of my devices. No option was given to me to buy-out my devices in full or by making monthly installments, so instead - Sprint started billing me with the inclusion of month-to-month 'equipment' charges totaling $125.02 each month; money that goes toward Sprint's revenues and does not get applied to my 'buy-out balances' to take ownership of the devices.

After discovering this and calling in to seek a resolution, I was told there was nothing I could do to avoid these 'go-to-nothing' fees unless I paid a lump sum to close the lease and own my devices outright - so even though I paid another auto-pay of $278 on January 8th (which included $125.02 for month-to month equipment charges, even though my lease period was over), I decided to pay off the buy-out balances on my 4 devices.

Because of my frustration at this point, I agreed to pay another lump sum transaction of $749.62 to close my lease for good and to own my 4 devices. I was given a confirmation number and explained that because of my experience I would receive a $75 credit on my next bill. Sprint failed to auto-debit my account in February and in March, but then auto-debited my account in April for $11.64, and when I looked at my account online - it stated that the account was past due and then they were about to debit me for $278 again.

Upon learning this, I cancelled auto-pay and contacted Sprints customer service - only to learn that the $749.62 I paid in January did not close my lease nor go toward buying out my devices, but instead was applied to my future bills in Feb, Mar & April - which again included month-to-month equipment charges of $125.02 for each of those months.

I have been dealing with Sprint's horrible customer service for 2 weeks now, and each person I speak to has no clue what's going on with my account or how to fix it. I'm being contacted by their collections department and being told that my account is now Past due, and that I need to pay over $853 to square it. I have had my account in an escalation status for 2 weeks now, but I'm receiving threats that my service will be shut off, and text messages stating that I have agreed to paying $853 on May 27th - even though I have never made such arrangements nor do I agree...

In Closing - DO NOT USE SPRINT. They have among the absolute worst customer service and accounting practices I have ever encountered. They are dishonest, and almost all customer care interaction is handled overseas - on foreign soil. They display complete incompetence from the top down, and seem either unable or unwilling to resolve such a simple billing issue. My 7-year old could pencil-in the basic math and reasoning needed to balance out my account - but the people working at Sprint are not empowered nor encouraged to think outside the box for the sake of their customers. IT'S REALLY QUITE SHAMEFUL AND FULLY DESERVING OF ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!

I do not have a SPRINT account. I purchased a pair of JBL UA FLEX HEADPHONES. I used my debit card to make the purchase I returned the headphones 2 days later, because the item was not working properly. I requested a refund. The SPRINT representative at the AVENUES MALL STORE, JACKSONVILLE, refused to refund me in the method I paid, which was debit card. I was advised that Sprint would mail me a refund check. I spoke with Sprint representative by phone afterward, and was told that the refund team would call or email me to verify refund was being processed.

FAST FORWARD....7 business days later, no phone call or email, and no refund check. I WANT MY MONEY SPRINT! Place the refund back on my debit card. There is no mythical refund check, and you are ripping off customers. THAT IS SPRINT AT THE AVENUES MALL...10300 SOUTHSIDE BLVD. SPACE 3140 JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA DUVAL COUNTY

I am having dropped calls, muffled voices and even lost couple of job interviews on iphone. Finally called sprint, to unlock my phone. They said I owe for the phone for which I paid cash to fulfill payments. My phone is not unlocked yet. I was in sprint store for 7 hours and even sprint employees told me to change carrier (they were getting dropped calls also).. Go figure..!! Next day I was on phone for 5 hours.. They still can't help me. Giving me different answers.. FRUSTRATING. They had no problem taking remaining $255+ Tax cash from me. All I want is my phone unlocked so I can goto another carrier.. DO NOT USE SPRINT.. No wonder their stock is $6 and falling. And if they sign up with T Mobile, they are out for me also.. USE SPRINT AT YOUR OWN RISK... GOOD LUCK..!!

I pre-ordered the Galaxy S10, very excited to received. I should have kept my old phone. This phone will not allow me to place calls or texts from my home. I have spoken with numerous people via phone, chat and numerous visits to the store. I was told there was an issue with the towers need my home and they were fixing as soon as possible. Every time I speak to Sprint it is a different story. I was told I would receive credit for one month for this issue. NOT ACCEPTABLE SINCE I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS ISSUE SINCE I RECEIVED THIS PHONE!!! I would prefer to pay my bill and have a phone that works.

Finally after 4 visits to the Sprint store they told me it was a phone issue and they would have to replace, new phone on backorder for 2 weeks, lol!!! And then was told that it was a 50/50 chance the replacement will work. I was told there are 3 main issues with this phone and new phone could have the same issue or another issue. I have been with Sprint for 18 years and this is how I get treated!! I use my phone for business purpose, I am VP of operation and constantly use phone, not being able to be reached is a big issue. Alarm went off this weekend at my company. They couldn't contact me. I couldn't make or receive phone calls on Mother's Day!! I need resolution on this as soon as possible!! I called to complain and wait on hold for 30 minutes with still no clear answer. I need to be contacted as soon as possible on the resolution!!! I can receive calls at work so please call before 5 pm. Thank you.

I’ve learn today that Sprint doesn’t notate their calls. This is why they give their customers the runaround. One agent can promise you one thing and another agent can say no they’re not doing it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent repeatedly told me nothing else could be done!
